This webinar focuses on using social media to enhance online activities for clients and volunteers. For example:

Virtual Volunteers for Conversation Circles

Going virtual allows more volunteers to facilitate the Conversation Circles, and also enables smaller groups to meet a variety of needs such as English, French, Beginners, Advanced, Employment, Health, etc. Volunteers are encouraged to take ownership. Staff are responsible for planning, resourcing and oversight.
